Another busy week here at Adavu! Supporting clients to find more permanent accommodation; attend critical appointments for substance abuse rehabilitation; attend hospital appointments; arrange for carpeting and furniture for their new home; signing up more vulnerable new clients with no family or friends and a new-born to care for; accompanying clients to court for their asylum appeal – to name but a few tasks these past few days…
Really pleased to see how some of our most traumatised and timid clients are gradually gaining more confidence and independence.
